The University of Florida’s online pharmaceutical sciences graduate program offers professionals the opportunity to take courses as non-degree seeking students. This option is available for professionals who want to experience graduate-level courses while deciding if or when to pursue a graduate degree. It is also an excellent way to broaden their knowledge base in a particular subject or enhance their professional development.
Students may take up to six credits as a non-degree seeking student prior to being admitted as either a graduate certificate or master’s degree student. A new application is required for each term that the student enrolls in courses as a non-degree seeking student.
Up to six credits can be transferred toward the graduate certificate or master’s degree with a concentration in pharmaceutical chemistry later on, if admitted and if a grade of “B” or higher is earned in each course. Non-degree seeking students are not guaranteed acceptance into the graduate certificate or master’s degree programs. Review the application requirements for non-degree seeking students here.
